Passive Tottenham In Transfer Exchange, Eriksen: New Players Not Warranty!
Tottenham Hotspur opted for passivity in the transfer market this summer. The North London club did not bring in any new players.
Instead of buying players beru, they lost their valuable assets, Kyle Walker who decided to move to Manchester City.
Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino insists if they are more interested in using the services of academic players rather than add new penggawa.
This makes attacking midfielder Christian Eriksen feel challenged because when he came to Spurs, when the club bought seven new players. Eriksen said if buying a player is not a guarantee of a club’s success. Last season alone Spurs successfully finish in second place despite the majority of the composition of the old players. Eriksen hopes it can recur again in the 2017-2018 season.
“When I came here there were seven new players simultaneously And you see how it ends. Last season we did not bring in a lot of players and everything changed. Of course you must have a philosophy, a plan and we have it, “said the Danish passport player.
“If you buy a lot of players everyone should know what will happen. We are in a row at Spurs now. Everyone knows what’s going on and what to do, “continued the player who last season scored 12 goals. (Source: Squawka)
